CITY OF LAKE JACKSON: What not to flush down your toilet

Toilet

City of Lake Jackson issued the following announcement on March 23.

A reminder to everyone to please help the City sanitation crew and system by not flushing wet wipes, paper towels, or napkins down the toilet.

If you are affected by a toilet paper shortage or simply want to get rid of used wipes or other cleaning products from your homes, instead, throw away these items in a trash bin. We want to effectively provide all residents their sanitary sewer services while everyone is trying to remain at home.

Thank you.
