City of Freeport issued the following announcement.
Searching for the perfect at-home holiday activity for you and your family to enjoy?
Participate in our Virtual Gingerbread House Decorating Contest!
Here are the rules!
You and your family must be a Freeport Resident.
Take 3 photos of your gingerbread house! One of the entire construction. One of your favorite detail. And a selfie of you and your family with your holiday creation!
Post the 3 photos publicly on Facebook and be sure to use the hashtag #visitfreeporttx in your post so we can view them!
The top two Gingerbread homes will be selected by Freeport city employees. From there, the top two finalists will be put up for a vote by the public on Monday, December 28th. By end of day Monday, the finalist with the most votes will win a prize!
